among the stars is the debut solo project of singer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Will Malec. Musically, he focuses on blending acoustic and electric elements to tell a story in each song. The project's debut album, planets, pines, and powerlines, released August 17, 2024. Up next for Malec is a coming-of-age double album titled hometown hero, to be released late 2025.
